Are you stuck in a picture you created as a child? A picture with children and a blissful relationship? As women, we strive for the “what should be”. Sometimes those pictures need to contain fluidity and movement and morph into something that we never expected. Many women experience infant loss, infertility, child loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and don’t know where to go, who to ask, or if something might be wrong with you. Some women experience the trauma of the NICU life, a medical termination, and so much more.

I provide that soft spot to land, the space to hold the pain and move through it at a pace that works for you. I have my Master’s of Social Work from the University of Utah with a certificate in women’s health. I am certified in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders with a focus in trauma, pregnancy and child loss, NICU support, and EMDR.

I have been where you are, I was the mom in the NICU with a baby who had a terminal diagnosis. I have survived pregnancy loss and medical/birth trauma. I have been in many dark places and worked through my own picture, making it fluid. I know you can heal and become whole again and I’m here to support you in this process.
